What recession? As long as we've got Rummy, it's all good.
I wonder if the $46,790 that the Department of Defense just spent on their one of a kind Donald Rumsfeld portrait is covered in the stimulus package. But hey, you know what, even though the $50 million allocatted for the arts was the first thing to go once negotiations started (thank you Mr. Coburn, Ms. Feinstein et al) out of a (then) almost 1 trillion dollar package, it's nice to know that the U.S. Government still has some money left to spend on the arts. Here's to eternally watching over things, Mr. Rumsfeld. Now that you're immortalized for the great job you've done, let's hope you won't have to stand more than 8 hours any longer.
